AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR MICROGRIDS, RESILIENCE AND STATE AGENCY BUILDING DECARBONIZATION PROJECTS.
To (1) expand eligibility for the microgrid and resilience grant and loan pilot program, (2) permit available bond funds to be used for all program activities, and (3) permit up to four per cent of available bond funds to be used to cover the program's administrative costs.
