AN ACT CONCERNING THE REQUIRED NOTICE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE PROBATE COURT TO FAMILY MEMBERS UPON THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A CONSERVATOR OF THE ESTATE.
To ensure that family members of a person for whom a conservatorship is sought are made aware of the application for the appointment of a conservator of the estate and the possible consequences of such an appointment.
