AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE OF A MUNICIPAL OPTION FOR A PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR SURVIVING SPOUSES OF CERTAIN FIRST RESPONDERS.
To require the Office of Policy and Management to notify municipalities of the option to abate property tax payments owed by the surviving spouses of certain first responders.
