AN ACT CONCERNING A REVIEW OF DRINKING WATER SUPPLY LOCATIONS AND EQUIPMENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
To require each local and regional board of education to conduct a test of drinking water supply locations and equipment for each school building or facility and to permit boards to apply for a school building project grant to remedy or replace drinking water supply locations or equipment.
