AN ACT EXEMPTING DEALERS OF LOW-SPEED VEHICLES FROM CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO CAR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS.
To exempt dealers of low-speed vehicles from certain requirements applicable to car dealers and repairers because low-speed vehicles do not use oil or other fluids that need to be recycled.
