AN ACT PROHIBITING THE ASSESSMENT OF CERTAIN FINES AGAINST COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERS AND OPERATORS UNTIL WEIGH STATIONS ARE OPENED.
To prohibit officers from assessing certain fines against the owners and operators of commercial motor vehicles until weigh stations are opened.
