AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE KNOWLEDGE TEST AND ON-THE-ROAD SKILLS TEST FOR AN OPERATOR'S LICENSE AND THE RECIPROCAL RECOGNITION OF DRIVER TRAINING REQUIREMENTS.

To require (1) the knowledge test for the motor vehicle operator's license to be offered in any language as requested by the applicant, (2) the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to offer the on-the-road skills test at drivers' school for all students who are otherwise eligible to take such test, and (3) a status report concerning an agreement with Taiwan for reciprocal recognition of driver training requirements.
