AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC ADVERTISEMENTS BY SKILLED TRADESPERSONS AND HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTORS.
To provide that a skilled tradesperson or home improvement contractor is not required to disclose such tradesperson's or contractor's license or registration number in an electronic advertisement, but instead is required to include in any such advertisement the address of an Internet web site where a member of the public may view such license or registration number.
