AN ACT CONCERNING EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SMOKE DETECTORS.
To determine the need for extended producer responsibility for smoke detectors in order to keep potential hazardous wastes out of the solid waste stream and facilitate consumer disposal of such expired devices.
