AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION CONCERNING CHILDREN’S BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES IN HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS AND SCHOOLS.
To require (1) the Behavioral Health Partnership Oversight Council to develop a document describing the resources available to children with psychiatric disabilities and behavioral health disorders, and (2) hospital emergency departments to provide such document to parents and guardians of certain children upon discharge from such departments.
