AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY THAT IS EXEMPT FROM A JUDGMENT CREDITOR.

To increase the value of certain personal and real property that shall be exempt from a judgment creditor and to provide that the cash surrender value of life insurance policies shall also be exempt from a judgment creditor.
