AN ACT LIMITING THE ANNUAL RENTAL PRICE INCREASE OF CERTAIN SENIOR LIVING FACILITY UNITS AND REQUIRING SIXTY DAYS' WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUCH INCREASE.
To limit the annual rental price increase of certain senior living facility units and require an operator of such senior living facility to provide sixty days' written notice of such increase.
