AN ACT EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF PRACTICE OF PHARMACISTS.
To expand public access to qualified, expedited health care services, reduce the cost burden borne by taxpayers for unnecessary trips to the emergency room, reduce trauma to elders, enhance families' convenience when caring for loved ones, and avoid duplication in treatments for common health care issues.
