AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES.

To increase the maximum penalty for violation of a municipal regulation or ordinance to five hundred dollars for a first violation and seven hundred fifty dollars for a second or subsequent violation.
