AN ACT CONCERNING PROBABLE CAUSE FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE IF A PASSENGER IS OBSERVED USING CANNABIS.
To allow police to establish probable cause for driving under the influence if a passenger of a motor vehicle is observed using cannabis.
