AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCONTINUATION OF LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH RAIL FREIGHT COMPANIES.
To authorize the Commissioner of Transportation to discontinue a lease agreement and freight rights with a rail freight company for failure to maintain minimum safety standards or when poor maintenance of a rail line is deemed to constitute a risk to the public safety.
