AN ACT CONCERNING ROOFTOP SOLAR INSTALLATIONS IN COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES.
To permit owners of a condominium unit or a unit in a cooperative to install a solar power generating system on the roof of such unit, as long as the roof is not shared with another unit.
