AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN INFORMATION CONCERNING CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.

To exempt records provided to and documents prepared by a public institution of higher education concerning the concentration of pyrrhotite in concrete foundations in residential buildings.
