AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM TIME REQUIRED FOR THE DAILY LUNCH PERIOD FOR STUDENTS.
To ensure that students in grades kindergarten to twelve, inclusive, have sufficient time to consume their lunch so that they may be more prepared for learning during the school day.
