AN ACT REQUIRING SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO INCLUDE PROFESSIONAL EVALUATORS AT PLANNING AND PLACEMENT TEAM MEETINGS IN WHICH INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAMS ARE DEVELOPED OR DISCUSSED.
To ensure that the best interests of a child are represented by mandating that professional evaluators are to be present at planning and placement team meetings in which individualized education programs are developed or discussed.
