AN ACT CONCERNING THE NONDISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS.
To protect public school teachers from FOIA requests pertaining to communications with students regarding sensitive subjects, such as sexual orientation, gender identity and race, that take place during school-sponsored activities.
