AN ACT CONCERNING THE DATE ON WHICH A CHILD MUST TURN FIVE YEARS OLD IN ORDER TO ENROLL IN KINDERGARTEN.
To amend the date by which a child must turn five years of age in order to enroll in kindergarten from January first to October first of the school year.
