AN ACT REQUIRING CANCELLATION NOTICES OF PROPERTY OR CASUALTY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SENIORS.
To require any property or casualty insurance company to provide sufficient notice, in writing, to any policyholder who is sixty-five years of age or older or to such policyholder's authorized representative when such policyholder's coverage is in danger of, or has been, cancelled.
