AN ACT PERMITTING CERTAIN BOARDS OF EDUCATION TO TUITION-OUT ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDUCING COSTS.
To afford school districts with diminishing student populations the option to voluntarily share services and reduce costs by allowing school districts to tuition-out their elementary and middle school students to other school districts.
