AN ACT CONCERNING ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR RETAIL GOODS AND SERVICES.
To provide that no person who offers or sells, at retail, any good or service to a consumer in this state shall refuse to accept cash as a form of payment for such good or service, post any sign stating that such person will not accept cash as payment for such good or service, or charge a higher price to such consumer because such consumer pays in cash.
