AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN SOLAR WORKERS TO OBTAIN A LICENSE TO PERFORM ELECTRICAL WORK.
To provide that no person may install a solar project that is capable of generating at least one megawatt of electricity unless such person has first obtained a license to perform electrical work.
