AN ACT CONCERNING PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING RACIAL AND ETHNIC IMPACT STATEMENTS ON PROPOSED LEGISLATION.
To require the Commission on Racial Equity in Public Health to develop procedures for, and to prepare, racial and ethnic impact statements on proposed legislation and to require state agencies to cooperate with requests of the commission.
