AN ACT CONCERNING THE AWARDING OF GRANTS FROM THE CONNECTICUT ARTS ENDOWMENT FUND.
To provide that grants may be awarded from the Connecticut Arts Endowment Fund to nonprofit organizations that operate facilities in this state and would otherwise be eligible for such grants but for their incorporation in a state other than this state.
