AN ACT CONCERNING THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE AND A STATE-WIDE AUDIT OF VOTER RECORDS.
To require the Secretary of the State to regularly update the state's computerized voter registration records to no longer reflect deceased individuals and individuals who have moved out of the state.
