AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF A FIRE APPARATUS OR AMBULANCE WITHOUT A NEW CAR DEALER'S LICENSE.
To provide that any person engaging in the business of selling a fire apparatus or ambulance in the state without a new car dealer's license shall be guilty of a class C felony and fined ten thousand dollars for each violation.
