AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASING THE SUPPLY OF NATURAL GAS AND HYDROGEN POWER IN THE NEW ENGLAND REGION.
To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to collaborate with the New England states to increase the supply of natural gas and hydrogen in the region.
