AN ACT REPEALING THE PAID FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE ACT AND DISSOLVING THE PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE INSURANCE AUTHORITY.

To repeal the Paid Family Medical Leave Act to allow private employers to develop and offer their own private insurance programs at their discretion.
