AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF THE NATURAL GAS SUPPLY IN THE STATE AND REMOVING ELECTRIC VEHICLE INCENTIVES FROM THE COMBINED PUBLIC BENEFITS CHARGE.
To (1) require the expansion of the natural gas supply in the state, and (2) remove any cost associated with any program that provides incentives for electric vehicles from the Combined Public Benefits Charge.
