AN ACT CONCERNING PRIVATE CONTRACTORS ENGAGED IN SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL INVOLVING SODIUM CHLORIDE.
To provide that no private contractor shall, for compensation, remove any snow or ice by using sodium chloride unless such contractor (1) is registered with the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and (2) has received training regarding the proper use of sodium chloride for purposes of snow and ice removal.
