AN ACT CONCERNING THE RATE OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION COSTS.
To allow municipalities to predict the cost of special education by prohibiting reduction of the reimbursement rate for special education costs from the prior year's reimbursement rate.
