AN ACT CONCERNING THE DATE FOR AN EXTENDED GRACE PERIOD FOR DEFERMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES.
To extend further, for property taxes, the date set forth in Executive Order 9R issued by Governor Ned Lamont for which a municipality participating in the Deferral Program shall offer an extended grace period for deferment.
