AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR APEX COMMUNITY CARE IN DANBURY TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY.

To provide capital funding for APEX Community Care, to provide space for its services to people living with HIV/AIDS, mental health and substance use disorders and their families and loved ones and to actively promote education and prevention in the community.
