AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO IDENTIFY CERTAIN OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES.
To establish a task force to identify each occupational or professional license (1) for which the state imposes a fee, and (2) for which the state does not impose any other requirement, including, but not limited to, any educational, training or professional certification requirement.
