AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE CLAWBACK OF SAVINGS RETAINED BY NONPROFIT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDERS.
To prohibit the state from recovering savings retained by nonprofit, private providers of health and human services at the end of a fiscal year when such providers otherwise meet state contractual requirements.
