AN ACT AUTHORIZING REMOTE LEARNING SCHOOL SESSIONS TO COUNT TOWARD THE ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SCHOOL DAYS REQUIREMENT.

To create uniformity across all school districts as to remote learning sessions, incentivize students to log-in to remote learning and to support public health by not penalizing students who stay home when not feeling well.
