AN ACT ALLOWING IN-STATE TUITION AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS.
To allow refugees, asylum seekers and recipients of other kinds of humanitarian visas to qualify for in-state tuition at public institutions of higher education.
