AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, MENTAL HEALTH, SUICIDE PREVENTION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICE PROVIDERS.

To require that a portion of COVID-19 relief funds be used to provide additional funding for domestic violence, mental health, suicide prevention and substance abuse services for persons suffering as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
