AN ACT ENSURING THAT A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF THE MONEYS IN THE PREVENTION AND RECOVERY SERVICES FUND BE ALLOCATED TO THE REGIONAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ACTION ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF PREVENTION AND RECOVERY SERVICES.
To require a certain percentage of the moneys in the "Prevention and Recovery Services Fund" to be allocated to the regional behavioral health action organizations for the provision of prevention and recovery services.
