AN ACT CONCERNING FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION AS A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY.
To provide that any person who fraudulently misrepresents that such person is a person with a disability for the purpose of receiving accommodations regarding service dogs afforded by the Americans with Disabilities Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
