AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR CERTAIN FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS.

To authorize municipalities to abate up to five hundred dollars per assessment year of property taxes for certain first-time homebuyers obtaining a loan from the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.
