AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE HIRING OF SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS AND PARAEDUCATORS.
To increase the number of special education teachers and paraeducators so that students receive more specialized instruction and the caseload for such special education educators is reduced.
