AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE-WIDE PROPERTY TAX ON CERTAIN COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY.
To establish a state-wide property tax at the rate of 2 mills on commercial and residential real property with an assessed value of more than one million five hundred thousand dollars.
