AN ACT CONCERNING CREDITS OR REIMBURSEMENTS TO ELECTRIC CUSTOMERS FOLLOWING SERVICE OUTAGES.
To entitle customers of electric distribution companies to a credit or reimbursement for food, medicine or other perishable items due to a service outage lasting more than forty-eight hours.
