AN ACT PROHIBITING PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANIES FROM RECOVERING LOBBYING COSTS AND CERTAIN OTHER COSTS FROM RATEPAYERS.
To prohibit public utilities from recovering lobbying costs, trade association dues and charitable donations from their ratepayers.
