AN ACT EXPANDING TUITION WAIVERS FOR VETERANS AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To require tuition waivers at public institutions of higher education for all veterans, regardless of whether a veteran experienced combat during such veteran's service.
